Refund policy

Our Warranty

Eastman Heritage will stand behind the quality of materials and workmanship of all products. Consult your sales associate or email info@sleepbyeh.com for the details for your specific piece(s). We will remedy any construction errors as follows:

  • We will replace any damaged piece (see below) at our expense.                                                                                       
  • Rips in fabric or stitching
  • Stains
  • Incorrect fabric swatch due to manufacturing
  • Broken parts
  • Dents/protrusions 

 Limitations 

  • Because of craftsmanship and use of natural materials, small variations can occur from piece to piece.

Payment Agreement

We will guarantee and stand behind the quality and workmanship of all products purchased at Eastman Heritage as provided in the Order Agreement.

  • I understand that my order is payable in full at the time of purchase.
  • Once the order is finalized, any changes to the order must be made within 2 business days

White Glove Delivery

  • Furniture pieces will be delivered to the room of your choice, unpacked, assembled (if necessary), and all the packing materials will be taken away.
  • Delivery is scheduled to occur Monday through Friday. Notification of your delivery hours window will occur the day before or the day of delivery.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect and if issues are found they should accept delivery and note issues on the delivery receipt.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with in 48 hours  if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 Pictures of damage, tears, discoloration, stitching should be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact the store with any issues right away.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted we will provide information on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as bedding, pillows, robes, towels and comforters). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
